• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation listing for all clinics
• Perform monthly reconciliation of payments and bank statements
• Prepare budget and cash flow statements yearly
• Liaise with external Corporate Tax agents on taxation matters
• Process staff claims and reimbursement of claims
• Maintain the General Ledger and reconciled monthly accounts, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Support regulatory and internal reporting, which includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies
• Manage and monitor performance metrics, KPI tracking, and reports of the finance team.
• Maintenance and enhancement of the MYOB software to meet companies.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and pantry items
• Other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• A recognized Accounting Diploma or Finance Degree. Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Business Accounting is a key requirement.
• Knowledge of handling a full set of accounts, payroll processing, CPF ruling, GST, and Tax regulations
• Motivated, proactive, and optimistic about overcoming challenges.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Pivot Table. MYOB knowledge will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum Supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines and with good time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Detailed and meticulous, with a good balance between implementation and accuracy.

About the Job:

• Perform goods receiving & monitoring of warehouse inventory level.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and key suppliers to track movement of goods and on-time delivery.
• Ensure the compliance to 5S, FIFO & Kaizen rules.
• Assist in labelling work & secondary assembly, if necessary.
• Identify gaps of improvement and participate in improvement projects related to processes, system & system.

About You:

• NITEC/Diploma experience in the logistics/ manufacturing space.
• Knowledge in industrial engineering/ mass manufacturing is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP/ ERP system.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment, comfortable with moving heavy loads sometimes.
