Warehouse Manager

• Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

• Working Day & Hours: 5.5 days, Time: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound/outbound day to day shipment.
• Ensure on time delivery and accurate shipments. Work closely with customer / outlet store manager process inbound, outbound, return materials and stock replenishment activities.
• Plan and liaise daily collection/delivery order and routing for delivery drivers to fulfil project, procurement and production requirement.
• Manage pick & pack operation, materials returns, goods received and proper storage compliance to workplace safety & health regulation.
• Lead and coach a team of logistics personnel
• Adopt a continues improvement mindset and work with other others to identify opportunity to improve delivery service efficiency.
• Responsible for the security and operation of the warehouse involving both incoming and outgoing goods.
• Space planning of warehouse storage space to cater for different needs and requirement of the business.,
• Performing of monthly and quarterly stock take
• To prepare regulars reports on warehouse operations and ensure all deliveries are documented properly

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse environment.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and Self Motivated

Job Overview:

The General Manager will lead and oversee the entire operations of a technology-based curtain wall company, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term business objectives. The role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in the construction and façade industry, particularly in curtain wall technology, and proven expertise in managing complex projects, teams, and partnerships. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, expanding market share, and fostering innovation within the company’s product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development:Develop and implement business strategies to drive the growth of the curtain wall business, focusing on innovation, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
  Lead market research efforts to identify new business opportunities, technology trends, and partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, developers, and suppliers, to promote the company’s capabilities and increase market share.
  
• Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in project execution, resource allocation, production processes, and technological integration.
  Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints, particularly regarding curtain wall system design, installation, and maintenance.
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, R&D, project management, and sales to ensure seamless project delivery and innovation in curtain wall solutions.

  Handle negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and manage project risks.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in the construction or façade industry, with a strong focus on curtain wall systems, including experience in project management and technology integration.
• Proven track record of leading and growing a company or business unit, with experience in managing teams and budgets.
• In-depth understanding of curtain wall technologies, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with advanced technologies (e.g., BIM, automation, energy-efficient façades) is a plus.
• Knowledge of global building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to curtain wall systems.

- To lead sharing and exchanging of models for collaboration with internal and external parties

Requirement

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering

Construction Management with more than 5 years of working experience in construction design,

drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management and/or coordination (services).

- Formally trained in Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) ), preferably with at

least 3 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM management and modelling

experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
