They are currently looking to hire The Head of Project Management that will play a crucial role in overseeing the comprehensive implementation and migration tasks related to the Shared Services setup. The selected candidate will ensure a smooth and successful transition while upholding operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the Shared Services transition, aligning it with the company's long-term goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on executing complex projects within specified timelines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which is globally recognized for validating project management skills, including planning, execution, and closing processes.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification, which demonstrates an understanding of Scrum principles and practices for professionals involved in Agile methodologies.
