Responsibilities

• Ensuring cadence and oversight of Headcount and Expense run rates in Group CBG Operations (CBGO)
• Timely reporting of Group CBGO and Regional CBO Management financial reporting deliverables to Finance
• Strategic Cost Management (SCM)/ Benefits tracking of key programs (OPPR 3.0, TOM, GenAI, Digital Adoption etc)
• Collaborating with location coordinators, Group Finance and HR on monthly financial forecasts, reconciliation and reviews
• Consolidation, review and analysis of CBGO Budget / Forecast financials across 7 locations
• Group CBGO Hyperion budget reconciliation with Group Finance and location coordinators
• Collaborating closely with Group Finance, location coordinators on SCM reporting and validations
• Cadence of standardized SCM reporting processes and data across CBGO locations and Group Finance

Requirements

• Degree qualification, preferably with at least 4-6 years of experience in Finance / Banking environment
• Good knowledge of MS office suite and experience with Hyperion, Tableau will be advantageous
• Proactive, committed and responsible team player
• Strong interest in dealing with financial data, analytics and dashboard development
• Keen to develop communication skills and stakeholder management
• Able to build rapport in a collaborative manner across diverse cultures and locations
• Able to work under pressure of tight timelines

Job Description:

• Constantly supervise, control and co-ordinate work according to Project Plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and meetings to ensure high quality standard of work and on-time delivery of materials according to schedule/design specification.
• Prepare/manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Report to Project Manager, work closely with Designers, Contractors on timely project handover.

In this role, you will create and execute the Data Analytics business strategy. You will focus on customers and prospects who have an opportunity to run data analytics workloads on Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the entire business process, including web-based product demonstrations, account management, generating goals, facilitating agreements, and closing business.
• Build executive relationships with customers as the Business Intelligence Subject Matter Expert, lead strategic direction for customers as well as the Google Cloud pre-sales team.
• Assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud Business Intelligence solutions and articulate solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
• Work with Google Account and technical teams to develop a pipeline and provide expertise. Execute sales plans and related efforts with the Cloud Teams and Partners.
• Own your number, calibrate the business against the Objectives and Key Results, and accurately forecast and report the state of the business for your territory. Develop and execute account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across verticals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory business strategy and conveying technical principles using a consulting approach.
• Experience in technology selling/consulting, data analysis, or Business Intelligence.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to foster and develop key relationships with new/existing Korean-speaking partners in APAC.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience executing commercial and legal negotiations with procurement, legal, and business teams.
• Experience at engaging and collaborating with executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in Business Intelligence.
• Ability to translate business insights into technology at C-level and act as a thought leader in data analytics topics.
• Knowledge of Cloud Data Analytics stack (e.g., Hadoop/Spark Data Lakes, SQL Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, OLAP, Data Science Framework, BigQuery, Looker, etc.).

Perform business analysis and/or acting as point of contact with external vendors/integrators and various business representatives
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables from the integrators, involving thorough review, feedback, and alignment with business stakeholders on respective areas
• Responsible for enhancing the product backlog with detailed specifications
• Clarify and communicate the specifications to all the relevant stakeholders involved

• Good knowledge of Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk modelling and Optimization functions is added advantage
• Good knowledge of Order Life Cycle and related functions
• JIRA and Confluence knowledge is required
