• Provide periodic reports on lead performance (i.e. inquiries to conversion)
• Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Achieve KPI set

What are we looking for:

• 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the serviced office, serviced apartment, co-working, co-living sector
• Track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing is highly desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
