Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma specialized in Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be registered WSHO.
• Well-Versed In WSH Act and requirements.
• Possess good working attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and market trends.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the company's market reach and customer base.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for the organization and ensure their effective implementation.

Financial Management:

• Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability through sound financial practices and risk management.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the company has the necessary skills and expertise to achieve its goals.
• Create a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers employees to reach their full potential.

Client Relationships:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and address client needs and expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Innovation:

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving the development of new products, services, and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record as a successful CEO or senior executive in a technology-driven company.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in driving business growth in Southeast Asia and China markets.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Deep understanding of the technology industry and market dynamics.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in working with industry associations or interest groups.
• A passion for innovation and a drive for excellence.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese as you will be communicating with clients and partners from China/ Hong Kong.
