1. Design, Develop & Review Deliverables for Oil & Gas , Petrochemical Storage Terminal EPC Project such as control System Architecture, IO List (Up to Minium 5000 IO Points In a Single Project) , Specifications , Instrument Index , Control Valve List Wiring Diagram , Functional Description , Control Narrative , Cause & Effect Matrix and SIL Loop Study Knowledge .
2. Responsible and involve in project proposal site surveys, E&I items proposal costing, project budget preparation and project execution.
3. Responsible for engineering, configuring, programming and testing of PLC, PCS, TAS (Terminal Automation System), Telemetry System and SCADA software
4. Working closely with process engineers to size and selection of control valves and field instruments to meet the process requirements
5. Design Cable & Cable Tray Routing
6. Familiar in designing ELV Systems such as FAS, PAGA, EVC, CCTV, SACS
7. Responsible for preparation of Instrument list, Instrument Data-Sheets, Instrument cable schedules, FAT/ SAT procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in automation/process industry
• EPC Project Experience within Oil & Gas Storage Terminal, Petrochemical and Hydrocarbon projects is preferred.

Job Description

1. Responsible to the Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer for the preparation of design as per codes/standards and client's specifications.

• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting activities
• Review year-end financial audit for regional and Singapore entities
• Conduct training and coaching for all regional staff to align their understanding to the group of companies standards & procedures
• Manage Cross border tax planning and transfer pricing
• Manage migration and implementation of new accounting system
• Set-up new company books of accounts
• Manage new implementations of company's innovative solutions to new process (e.g. HR Management, Attendance System, New Payroll System, etc.)
• Other duties and functions which may be assigned from time to time by the management

IT

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Shipping

• Coordination of shipment information and documentation between stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, banks, shippers)
• Work closely with the Project Department and Commercial & Procurement Department regarding shipments
• Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
• Prepare shipping documents - invoice, packing list, LC, shipping guarantee, letter of indemnity
• Check & follow up on documents - invoice, DO, PO
• Verify documents according to order and invoices (quantity, description, price etc.)
• Ensure completeness of shipment
• Update shipping register & master Trade Receivables (TR) list
• Maintain all physical files related to stated duties

All other duties as assigned by Management.

• Plan and control the drawings/design developments for BIM project/tender
• Review all documentation issued by Client, Consultants & Main Contractor
• Monitor BIM submission and ensure on-time delivery with quality & compliance
• Assist Value Engineering in design processAssist to develop BIM standard system/strategiesAssist to train the team on BIM knowledge Coordinate with internal/external project team
• Works closely with project team in coordinating, organising and producing of shopdrawings and documentations using BIM Technologies

Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project personnel to provide assistance and technical support

Planning, Execution and Monitoring

• Assist in the overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Monitor the work progress on daily basis
• Assist to prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status
• Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with design team and engineers regarding the design and cutting lists and shop drawings
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Assist to obtain required permits and licences
• Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

Contract Management

• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Timely submission of progress claims to the client/main-contractor

Supplier and Sub-Contractor Management

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate sub-con progress and certify claims accordingly
• Assist procurement team with negotiation of contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Safety

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Job Descriptions:

• Handle and maintain AP & GL of the account.
• Responsible for month-end closing process.
• Process payments in an accurate and timely manner, filing and documentation with the payment vouchers.
• Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled.
• Assist to prepare GST report.
• Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
• Liaising with suppliers or bankers when necessary for operation banking matter.
• Support in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in year-end audit preparation, tax computation and submission of all other statutory.
• Maintenance of accounting system.
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/equivalent in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Navision preferred.

• Good communication skills required to liaise with internal and external parties.
