• Assist the Compliance officer in performing his/her responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English and Chinese both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• good communication skills, fast typing, and accuracy. A high concentration level is necessary. They must stay focused on their task while working with limited distractions from other things. Working with technology is also essential, as they work primarily from a computer.

Location: Marina parade/ Punggol/ Pasir Ris

Salary: $9.50/hour

Working hours: 7am to 4pm / 730am to 430pm / 8am to 5pm (Staggered office hours, 5.5days)

Jobscope:

• Patient registration
• Assisting patients with enquiries at the self service kioks
• Schedule appointment
• Collecting payment

Job requirement:

• Min A/ O/ N levels/ NITEC in any courses
• No experience as training will be provided
