• Verify merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries.
• Maintain, Track and log information in the system.
• Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests.

Job Requirements

Job Description

• Provide support and guidance to the team members
• Organize company’s official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
• Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various company’s events and tournaments circuits
• Manage shop tournaments
• Manage marketing materials to be used at events
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events

Job Requirements
