Job Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements stated by the client and perform detail analysis
• Propose and implement the right technical solution/design based on the client’s problem area and requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate/Struts, Angular JS development, Tomcat
• Hands-on experience in using MS SQL Database
• Hands-on experience in configuring Web Servers and Application Servers.
• Hands-on experience in using embedded reporting tools like Jasper, BIRT etc.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS or Azure to host and run the applications
• Knowledge of cloud application development
• Knowledge of Low code platform development

Desired Technical Skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps
• Knowledge of micro-services patterns and architecture
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns

Soft Skills:

• Able to communicate with and create relationships between the client and other teams working on the project

He/she is expected to:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Preferred to have project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of business process management and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, documentation, and user testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with business process modeling and generating scenarios for testing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational support activities.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management and business analysis tools.
• Experience with Edutech platforms will be a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all administrative tasks, such as compiling monthly reports, monthly activities, customers or vendors within work premises for the Division .
• Monitor project budget and spending, and ensure timely submission of finance/procurement documents (COC, RFB, Purchase Request, PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) upon delivery.
• Track stocktaking requirements for the (Operations and Supply Chain) projects and ensure timely execution.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative, finance and procurement works.
• Conversant in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good to have SAP and procurement knowledge and experience.
