• Registration and Administration of CorpPass accounts for clients’ companies
• Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees’ employment, resignation, termination, confirmation, retirement, contract renewal, certification letter, etc.
• Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR system and Personnel File (P-File).
• Update and maintain Leave system.
• Process monthly invoices to clients.
• Process document legalization applications.
• Any other work as assigned by HR Manager/ Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

Job Description

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits and in accordance to Bank's policies
• Perform monthly payroll
• Responsible for statutory payment submission and claims (CPF, FWL, IRAS (IR21, IR8A), NS claims, Government-Paid maternity, Paternity and childcare Leave)
• Responsible for employment related issues such as creation and maintenance of employees record, and applications such as renewal, cancellation and tax clearance for foreign employees.
• Liaise with Head Office HR teams on HR and personnel related matters and ensure execution is in compliance with local laws and regulations and in accordance to the Bank’s policies
• Liaise with external tax consultant on any tax returns related matter for expats

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree holder and above, with at least 5 years of HR relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:

• Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding as per Bank’s Policy and SOP
• Manage various stakeholders such as department Heads/Team Leads/prospective candidates and ensure to create a good candidate and internal stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist the HR Manager in Orientation programme
• Have regular follow-up and feedback session with new staff ensuring their smooth transition by doing regular check- ins and collecting feedback to plug any gaps
• Track probation, ensure confirmation appraisal completion and follow-up with confirmation

Payroll Processing

• Perform payroll processing as a maker, accurately and in a timely manner for submission to payroll vendor
• Ensure all staff claims are checked accurately with proper approval before payment
• Ensure CPF contributions are accurately reported and submitted to payroll vendor before the deadline every month
• Support the offboarding process for leavers

Statistical Report

• Prepare presentation slides for meetings as and when required
• Prepare headcount movement and hiring updates on a monthly basis

Admin Support:

• Assist in staff engagement events
• Assist the HR team on various Projects and/or day to day Operations, as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in HR preferably in Banking
• Exoerience in handling end to end recruitment is a must
• Knowledge of Workday would be an added advantage

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the HR team in recruitment of office staff for Singapore office in consultation with the department heads concerned.

2. Maintain the company’s in-house HR Systems such as: Attendance Management System and HR Management System

5. Maintain insurance records of employees as per company policy.

6. Process government-paid leave claims for eligible employees

7. Prepare monthly HR manpower reports to be submitted to the Management.

8. Assist in organizing events such as Annual Dinners, Family Days, etc.
