• Compiling monthly inspection report & checklist/attendance/plant & equipment checklist, work report and etc
• Attending to feedback from staff, tenants and general public.
• Performing shift duty

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facility Management, Estate Management with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of building operations, maintenance and renovation practices and related authority requirements
• Self-driven, resourceful and team player with proven supervisory skills
• Good analytical, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Result oriented in a fast pace and multi-task environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts (8am to 5pm / 3pm to 10pm), 8am to 1pm on every Saturdays
