Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure the efficiency and smooth operations of the outlet; handle and resolve all operational issues and activities.

• System and network patching, capacity and performance management
• Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to the company guidelines and established processes.

Skills / Experience

• At least 5 years of experience of strong hands-on technical experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations.
• Good understanding of key technologies adopted such as Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup/Recovery and Security tools
• Work experience in FSI (Banking & Insurance) and knowledge in MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) would be an advantage
• Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Azure Cloud, Networking, Security) would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in ITIL & ITSM. Some project management experience would be beneficial.
• Strong experience in managing internal stakeholders, end users and vendors.
• Good teamwork, problem-solving and analytical skills

Education Level

• Degree in Engineering/Business/Finance/Computer Science or equivalent
