Your Career

The Professional Services Senior Manager (Project/Program Management) will lead a team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Coordinators, including handling all deployment resources and ensuring that all deliverables are met and delivered on-time and under budget. Responsibilities:

Enterprise Risk Management

• Assume responsibility for identifying and evaluating risks, which involves activities such as horizon scanning, conducting risk perception surveys, and assisting Directors in risk deliberations
• Create and monitor risk mitigation strategies, including resource allocation, to address both business risks and opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders
• Establish and consistently evaluate Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) while examining the impact of global and local risk events and developments on the business's risk landscape
• Present risk reports to top-level management during key gatherings such as Executive Committee meetings and Audit and Risk Committee meetings
• Cultivate a culture of risk awareness
• Stay abreast industry trends and best practices risk management

Planning

• Formulate and implement work planning tools throughout the business
• Create guidelines and manuals for the initiation of the yearly departmental work planning exercise
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT departments to assess plans and ready them for management's approval
• Assist in the development of workplans
• Assist in the planning of retreats

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management / corporate planning
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and project management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices
• Ability to create dashboards using PowerBI is a plus

We're searching for a motivated Lead or Senior Product Manager based in Singapore or willing to relocate, to take charge of our product planning, translating ideas into successful strategies and features, and oversee product development from conception to release. This includes collecting and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and fostering close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure that we meet our revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with our vision
• Collaborate with senior management to devise product plans and roadmaps
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
• Translate product strategy into actionable designs and requirements
• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of leading product teams and developing successful product strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies
• Ability to understand and participate in technical discussions with the Engineering team, with familiarity with software terminology
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred
