The Core Custody Product team focuses on developing custody products for the Custody business lines, bother Hub and Domestic. Citi provides settlement, custody and asset servicing solutions to investor clients through a global network of sub custodians. The domestic business provides clearing, settlement, custody & asset servicing to global financial institutions through a proprietary branch network spanning Asia, EMEA and the Americas.

The Core Custody Product team are seeking a strong Product Development leader in the APAC region who can work within the asset servicing team ensuring it meets its goals of supporting both custody businesses by focusing on the development of Asset Servicing capabilities globally.

The individual will work with the Core Custody Asset Servicing Product team and support, manage, and drive the team with specific focus on the APAC region. Working closely with business, legal, risk and operational partners’ for Custody in identifying and implementing product changers/enhancements in line with business, regulatory and market mandatory requirements. Actively participate in Industry forums to ensure that Citi is kept abreast of market changes and that Citi views are represented.

Responsibilities:

The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. Support the Product Business Development Team to Grow New Business Development

Supporting the execution of the Business Development Product Strategy and Growth;-

Responsibilities

• You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company.
• You will work with the Product Engineering team and Product Owners in helping to define product features that meet customers’ deployment and usability requirements.
• You will work with the Marketing team in helping them to understand the positioning, key benefits, and target customers of your products.
• Work with Marketing and Product Owners to contribute to product materials, including presentations, case studies, web content, whitepapers and more.
• You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your products, including communication with the sales channel and key customers.
• Conduct market research, customer requirements identification, competitive analysis and industry trend studies.
• Manage market requirements ensuring their refinement and continuous assessment with the Product Engineering team.
• Help to define and build a global roadmap based on key market trends and compelling opportunities that differentiates i-Sprint in the digital identity market.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Product Engineering, and Professional Services teams to develop and lead internal content including sales enablement training, FAQs, and cheat sheets to ensure i-Sprint is addressing all enablement needs of the partners/distributors/resellers.
• Regularly work with strategic partners, sales management, and marketing counterparts to discuss and track progress on business and marketing plans and any open issues.
• Represent i-Sprint as product expert at industry, channel, partner, and customer events.

Education and Experience

• University graduate with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM with emphasis on authentication and mobile security solutions.

Knowledge and Skills

• Technical aptitude, curiosity, and a keen understanding of the IAM and mobile ecosystem and its technical audiences.
• Strong experience as a product manager with a deep understanding of the motivations of technical audiences
• Solid knowledge about product development life cycle and experience involved at various stages including requirement review, UI/UX design, test case review, and production support.
• Strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions
• A proven track record of the ability to understand technical personas and build adoption and engagement of new and existing product lines
• Knowledge in mobile/e-banking applications, software/platform architecture, market research, etc.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Experience crafting compelling positioning, messaging and thought leadership content
