The role involves identifying any internal operational problems or inefficiencies, and working to enhance all areas related to systems and processes. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: -

- Replaces the Service Operations Manager in his absence.

- Assists the Manager in the preparation of staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, existing budget,

and standards of service.

Job Description

• Manage full set of accounts for the business and Japan holding company’s needs
