Job Scopes:
• Issue daily wholesales delivery orders.
• Calculate return for wholesales delivery order and issue wholesales invoices.
• Monitor bank receipts from bank statement.
• Follow-up with outstanding payment.
• Arrange cheque collection and bank deposit.
• Issue tax invoices for cake orders and vouchers.
• Assist in monthly inter-company billing.
• Ensure completeness of sales transactions recorded (receipt voucher and journal voucher).
• Prepare pivot tables for bank statements for retail sales.
• Verify and review invoices before payment processing.
• Ensure invoice are properly recorded in the accounting system.
• Ensure payments and reimbursement are processed timely.
• Perform payment reconciliation for all payment methods.
• Verify new suppliers’ bank details and circulate for Managements’ approval.
• Assist in preparing some petty cash payment.
• Monitor expiry date for lease agreement.
• Follow-up with relevant department for new lease agreement.
• Ensure new lease agreement are taken up and old lease agreement are written off.
• Calculate and prepare monthly lease asset depreciation and finance interest.
• Maintain bank reconciliation and account receivable schedule.
• Maintain schedule for lease assets, lease liabilities and accrued interest.
• Prepare schedule required by auditor and management.
• Perform month-end financial closing according to company’s reporting timeline.
• Assist annual finance audit.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of ACCPAC software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to details, accuracy in data entry.
• Able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Executive at Tanamera Coffee in Singapore. The Accounting Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks. They will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that invoices are prepared and sent to customers in a timely and accurate manner, based on sales orders, contracts & events.
• Utilise various communication channels via email or phone to follow up with customers and collect outstanding payments.
• Distribute monthly statements to customers to keep them informed of their outstanding balances.
• Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports, cash collections, and bad debt analysis.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reconciliation and report for management.
• Prepare of credit memo once approval is obtained by the management team.
• Preparation of quarterly GST reporting and filling.
• Send softcopy documents needed to Finance & Accounting(JKT) for reporting when required.
• Recording of Supplier Bills from outlets to the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good knowledge in MS Office application.
• Knowledge of Xero accounting system would be an advantage.
• Detailed oriented, committed, meticulous with positive work attitude.
• A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Able to commence work ASAP is an added advantage
