A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.

A) Overall Purpose Of The Job

The position of Contracts Manager (International Hub) will provide advice, support and direction to the ANZ, H3S Middle East, Northern Europe and Singapore sales organisations in two key areas:

· Develop e2e program, manage the day-to-day activities of multiple projects and engineers, communicate with partners/3rd party vendor and customer to ensure the deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.

· Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout program/project life cycle.

· Track and report on project milestone and provide status reports to relevant stakeholders.

· Lead, coach and motivates project team members on a proactive basis.

· Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project element.

· Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.

· Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Job requirement

· Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

· Proven working experience in project management

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification will be an advantage

· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline

· Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment

· Knowledge in any of the below fields in 4G/5G mobile communications, cloud computing, network function virtualization, database, Linux operating systems, IP networking domain knowledge, and IP network security will be an advantage. Minimum 4 years working experience in related field.
