We are currently searching for a QA/QC Manager & NDT Level-III for our company .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure that products and services meet the required quality standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality control processes.
3. Manage and oversee the NDT activities, including the supervision of NDT technicians, ensuring that all testing is performed accurately and in accordance with industry standards.
4. Review and analyze test results, identify any deviations or non-conformities, and take appropriate corrective actions to address them.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality control processes, NDT techniques, and industry standards.
7. Stay updated with the latest developments in quality control methodologies, NDT techniques, and industry regulations, and implement best practices within the organization.
8. Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and quality assurance procedures.
9. Participate in customer and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with all quality control requirements and addressing any non-conformities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelorās degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Certified NDT Level-III in at least two NDT methods (e.g., ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing).
3. Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
4. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, NDT techniques, and industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality-related issues effectively.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train employees on quality control processes.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
8. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and their implementation.
9. Able to commit to 5.5 days week
