Purpose of position

In the Cluster Supply Organisation, business specialists, business experts, engineer specialists, engineers and product owners work together as a team. We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day management of Customer Agreements, Supply Contracts, Partnership Agreements, joint venture agreements, and other agreements in our business. Job Description:

• Examine and analyze patient medical records to identify relevant diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
• Ensure that medical documentation is accurate, complete, and meets coding guidelines.
• Assign appropriate alphanumeric codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services based on international coding systems such as ICD-10 for procedures.
• Adhere to coding standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, including those set by health insurance companies, government agencies, and healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to clarify documentation and obtain additional information when needed.
• Participate in coding audits and quality assurance initiatives to ensure the accuracy and integrity of coded data.
• Reasonable ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Health Sciences or any other relevant field
