• As an Entry-Level Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day IT Infrastructure Operations.
• You will be required to provide support to the team and ensure that the IT infrastructure is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Comfortable working with online systems (Microsoft and e-commerce system).
• Daily work will be downloading of data (word or excel documents) from online systems and do routine adjustments of texts and formatting which will be printed out, laminated, and cut to be displayed during our Buddhist Ceremonies.
• Assist in Monk/duties/tasks during ceremony.
• Update donors contact and biographical information.
• Assist in handling ceremony enquiries if necessary.

• GCE 'O' and above
• Able to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin.
• IT savvy - Word / PowerPoint / Excel. Main work will be focused on Word software.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and render support to Relationship Managers
• Work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth process in delivering the necessary deliverables to vendors.
