MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:

The Retail Executive at Guerlain plays a crucial role in supporting the Area Manager and Retail Manager in various operational, reporting, and administrative tasks. This position ensures the smooth functioning of retail operations, product launches, promotions, compliance, and onboarding processes across all doors (stores).

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:

• • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Support the Area Manager in ensuring accurate sell-in of products to all doors.

Promotions and Events:

• • Assist the Area Manager in coordinating promotions with departmental stores.
  • Liaise with department store managers to create vouchers.
  • Assist in the execution of pre- and post-activation events for all doors.

Operational Support:

  • Responsible for requisitioning any products needed for new hires, full-year routines, and team building.

Audit and Compliance:

• • Conduct store visits to perform audit checks for SOP compliance.
  • Report any inconsistencies to the Area Manager.

Procurement and Non-Sellable:

• • Ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are raised timely.
  • Track and manage the budget for non-sellable items, ensuring delivery to stores according to budget.

Stock Management:

• • Support the BTQ team during stock counts to ensure accurate inventory management.

Onboarding Process:

• • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure new hire accounts are created.
  • Work with the IT department to create sales and service codes for new hires.

Administrative Duties:

• • Station at the BTQ two times a week for administrative tasks.
  • Support the Retail Manager during yearly kick-offs and sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

About the role  

We are looking for an experienced APAC Intelligence Analyst, to join our team, embedded in our client’s Risk & Intelligence function. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for researching, analysing, and building products to assess risks and opportunities around the client’s people, operations, strategy, and brand reputation. Responsibilities  

• Attend Studio Security and Security Operations team meetings to collect requirements and understand priorities

In this role, the POSM Procurement Specialist will be part of a vibrant LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics Singapore Logistics Team who is responsible for the success of the downstream supply chain. In this role, she/he will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the on-the-ground operations critical to order fulfilment and be given the responsibility to tackle dynamic POSM procurement issues that would elevate critical and creative thinking.

Internally, the POSM Procurement Specialist works closely with HQ Purchasing & Procurement teams based in France, Supply Planners, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics teams based in Singapore to consolidate information, coordinate, and align actions, challenge the different parties, and raise alerts whenever necessary. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for the sourcing, procurement, integration of the new articles in our system and stock management to ensure product availability

• Set up and update master data required for production in our ERP
• Follow the process of new product launch with HQ
• Launch and track orders according to agreed lead time with our Asians suppliers.

We are seeking an experienced and analytical financial controller to join our Regional Finance team and to manage all aspects of JV financial reporting and projects. He/she will closely work with the Finance director, Reporting/Consolidation controller and brands’ regional business controllers to understand, analyze and improve the processes, the methodologies and ensure consistency and standardization in our reporting.  

System-oriented with strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills, he/she will rethink the cost-controlling for the ease of analysis by nature / type of expenses or by channel / customers / doors / markets / products ...

With a transversal role, the controller will find opportunities for improvement and standardization across the brands/countries on various financials elements and processes such as (non-limitative):

• Sales: Retail Sales to Net Sales forecast and monitoring (SOH, returns, discount,  ..)
• Capex: request, cost follow-up, consolidation, approval flow
• Sales & Returns process
• POSM forecast process (finance & supply chain)
• Stock: forecast, depreciations & scraps
• Boutiques profitability and payback
• Marketing investments and ROI

As Merchandise Manager – Lifestyle, you will spearhead the implementation of our merchandising strategy for your concept across various channels, including online, in-store, and emerging platforms within Region EAS. Leading a dynamic team of merchandising leads, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as digital, commercial and visual as well as global counterparts in business units and assortment office, you enhance customer satisfaction, optimize inventory, and achieve substantial revenue growth.​

You are customer centric and sales-driven professional with a strong commercial awareness and salesmanship back-bone. Thriving in a fast pace and agile environment, you love working with the product and to set a plan of how to optimize the supply and demand in line with the global assortment and merchandising strategy. Key responsibilities​

• Being a regional expert of your concept, you understand current and future customer demand as well as is the expert on your market, staying up to date with competitive landscape in terms of product, fashion, quality, price and activation.​
• You analyze product data and provide key actionable conclusions to the regional organization, as well as visit physical store and digital platforms regularly to identify potential and follow up on commercial strategy implementation.​
• Driving your concept, securing and optimizing commercial product offer, you maximalize short and long-term profitable growth for your concept in the region by optimizing global assortment strategy, influence price, quantities, income periods, assortment width and managing regional product lifecycle with the assortment team.​
• You optimize net selling by establishing clear commercial priorities per channel, but identifying and acting on the sales opportunities / threats, as well as influencing and executing global product strategy from business units and global merchandising.​
• Set stock freshness targets, strategy for commercial impact, size availability and product activation strategy in and post season; reacting with in and post season inventory management and omni key product categories based on in-season performance.
