JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for testing raw materials, process control and finish products to ensure they are conforming to test methods, specification and correct inspection plan all applicable lows & comply Quality Management system. EHSS Compliance and Legislations :

• Engage in site EHSS activities and initiative E.g. Timely complete EHSS Training, report safety observations, near miss, participate in Job Safety Analysis, support audits, correction of hazards and unsafe conditions, support EHSS investigations.

• Monitor control charts to identify need for new standards or instrument maintenance.

Jobs Scope:

• Conceptualize, design, develop, implement and review of sales, marketing & PR strategies.
• Plan, co-ordinate, execute and manage sponsorships, promotional activities, events & roadshows
• Support product, sales and export departments with marketing related activities and materials
• Assist in attend to ad-hoc walk in customers sales enquiries in showrooms at times.

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Match 3 ways GRN invoices and perform invoice entry via supplier portal into ERP.
• Process payments through receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Process staff claims via eclaim portal.
• Identify and flag any irregularities detected during invoice processing.
• Record expenses to accounts and cost centers based on the invoice nature.
• Perform bi-monthly and weekly payment runs to suppliers and employees.
• Perform supplier reconciliation every month.
• Filing documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation for payment.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules.
• Attend to supplier’s inquiries.
• AP monthly closing.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
• Having a year of accounts payable/general accounting experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
• Proficient in relevant ERP systems - AX Dynamics system and MS Office.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail, good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description

• To support the technical aspects and maintain equipment sufficiency for Physical and Hybrid Annual General Meeting / Polling Events
• Setting up and clearing off venues to support back-to-back meetings and events
• Packing/Unpacking equipment for meeting sessions
• Checking and maintaining of equipment sufficiency
• Ensure audio and video connectivity throughout the meetings and events
• Ensure network and system availability throughtout the meetings and events
• Coordinate on client's requirement for their meeting
• Able to troubleshoot and rectify under pressure of time when problem arise
• Coordination of schedule for ad-hoc event crew, marking of attendance, preparation of timesheet (when required)
• Carry out any other duties that may from time to time be assigned
• Most of the time reporting to office for work (Normal working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm), may be required to work overtime. Any overtime hours will be compensated by time off in lieu

Requirements

• Good Microsoft Product knowledge: Windows 10 Operating System and Office 365 or Office 2019
• Good knowledge to setup Local Area Network and structured cabling
