RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up camera, tripod, lights and grip equipment in the process of filming.
• Assist the Cameraman, Sound Recordist, Lightingman/Gaffer with menial details such as loading/unloading the equipment and setting up of equipment for filming.
• Assist to adjust the lights and cables during takes and removing of obstacles to ensure smooth production.
• Pack/unpack equipment and store the equipment in appropriate places.
• Perform basic cleaning/housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.

• At least 1 year of camera experience
• At least NITEC in Digital Audio, Video Production, Electronic or Film Production.
• Basic working knowledge of location lighting, audio, camera systems, lenses and camera support equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
2. To assist the Accounts Executive in preparing detailed financial reports.
3. To maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability and other financial activities.
4. To ensure accounting is done in compliance with local and applicable laws and regulations.
5. Perform month end closing procedures.
6. Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and cheques, substantiating business transactions.
7. Compile financial information and assist in the preparation of reports.
8. Maintain filing of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and etc.
9. Initiate and process journal entries into various accounts.
10. Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolves differences.
11. Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
12. Data entry of invoices for payment, record all cheques received and update cash book accordingly.
13. Prepare vendor cheques for mailing.
14. Maintain the listing of accounts payable, update vendor files and file numbers.
15. When required, communicate with clients effectively, politely and firmly to remind them on receivables.
16. Ensure all work is done in accordance to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
17. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA qualification.
2. Familiar with Singapore FRS.
3. Prior audit experience will be an added advantage.
4. Proactive, takes initiative, independent, possess positive working attitude and able to work under pressure.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
