1) Accountable to achieve sales objectives and targets

• Strive to meet individual sales goals and KPIs for individually assigned territory and product lines.

Job Description:

• Updating customer receipts into system on daily basis
• Generating weekly accounts receivables aging analysis to follow up on overdue payments
• Sending invoices, debit notes and credit notes to customers via email and to customer's portals, and any discrepancy detected during invoice uploading must be resolved ASAP
• Sending monthly statement of accounts to customers on a timely basis
• Managing relationship with customers, including attending to queries and resolving disputes
• Managing credit control to avoid bad debts
• Prepare credit note instructions and write-off related documents for management approvals

Job Title: Sales Executive (based in Singapore)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities and Duties):

• Personally drive revenue by managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts.
• Seek out potential customers, nurturing relationships with OEMs, EMS, CEMs and end-user clients to achieve sales targets.
• Provide backend support on customers’ request-for-quotation (RFQ) through system.
• Work closely with our internal procurement specialists to efficiently address customer inquiries, generate quotations, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and collect payments. Ensure a seamless and efficient sales process for our clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team (sourcing team, warehouse, and logistics team).
• Involve in data analysis tasks, such as for pricing, cost reduction etc.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary.

About You (Requirements):

• Diploma or higher education level.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a related industry, specifically in electronics components trading, or 3 years of sales experience in a different field.
• Background from a top 50 company in the industry, as well as experience in other SME trading companies, is advantageous.

· Take a lead in all phases of Projects from concept development, tender, bids, FEEDs, construction, commissioning, execution, modification to completion

· Responsible for designing the FPSO, including:

> Create hull structural designs

> Perform stability analysis

> Perform global structural strength and fatigue analysis

> Ensure general arrangement layout

> Ensure the design meets regulatory, class, client and corporate requirements

> Develop material take-off and cost input for Naval Architecture discipline

> Give input to the master equipment list

· Actively contribute to Naval Architecture discipline activities and provide input to develop and maintain company engineering standards and best practices within the field

· Coordinate, plan and schedule Naval Architecture activities to ensure a logical sequence and timely preparation, review and revision of all related documents, as well as check and/or approve deliverables from the discipline, and assure schedule and quality are attained

· Actively drive the development of relevant RFQ’s for module yards, integration yards, newbuild shipyards and equipment packages and prepare technical bid evaluations (input)

· Follow-up design development, construction and testing activities

· Review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements

· Proactively support and cooperate with all engineering disciplines to achieve optimal design results, including relevant input and comments to other discipline deliveries

· Work closely with and actively support Supply Chain, Estimation, Planning and other project teams

· Review and approve deliverables from suppliers and contractors

· Lead technical clarifications towards clients, sub suppliers, class and yard

· Liaise with class, regulator and client for the submission of documents and close out of comments

· Support Technical Maintenance & Support team, Operation Managers and offshore Units as and when required, including visiting Units in operation as needed for technical support and troubleshooting

Act as a mentor and resource for new employees, less experienced colleagues and consultants

PURPOSE:

• Prepare for regional monthly details performance analysis, developed from financial management report. The scopes include supports for region and Opcos annual performance budget, mid-year range strategy plan and monthly outlook.
• Maintain data integrity of performance system (Cognos TM1 and Microsoft D365).

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Compile and consolidate subsidiaries’ monthly performance reporting data, which include sales, costs, and expenses actual result and outlook . Account for variance between actual result and budget with in-deep analysis of rout cause.
• Analysis and monitor regional headquarter profit status, included preparing headquarter annual budget and monthly outlook, monitoring monthly profit status and explaining the gaps, and setting the countermeasure to improve the outlook accuracy based on investigation.
• Support HQ & Regional Business Units and Headquarter FP&A to prepare for annual budget and 2nd half re-plan, which include plan guide development, consolidation of subsidiaries’ plan data in a timely & effective manner, and ensures accuracy and timeliness are correctly managed.
• Develop monthly region performance data book and monthly submission schedules, and ensure all monthly schedule be submitted on time and historical data are correctly retained. Improving and enhancing performance reporting process based on performance management requirement.
• Maintain system data integrity, include data-mining, data cleansing and data extraction, new EPR development discussion, by working with IM department and external consultancy.
• Leveraging BI tools (Cognos TM1) to provide visibility of business performance, and develop monthly performance reports using the BI tools.
• Lead the process improvement project and enhance current reporting efficiency and productivities.
• Lead ad hoc analysis based on management requests and operation needs.
