The Company

Our client, a well-established company in the payment (fintech) industry, is looking for Finance Executive to join the company as the company expand its operations.

The Role

You will be involved in the following tasks:
- Perform daily reconciliation for money receipts from different payment agents.
- Prepare payments/settlements to merchants based on the payment schedule.
- Handle payment queries from external stakeholders. (e.g. merchants/ payment agents)
- Work internally with Operations and Support team to resolve aforementioned queries.
- Prepare monthly invoices to merchants.
- Responsible for document and letter filing.
- Assist monthly closing and other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Your Profile

You should have a Diploma in Accounting or Finance. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good learning attitude, be a good team player, proactive, driven and resourceful.

• To liaise with Regional Countries on monthly financial reporting

• Prepare Terms of Business Agreements with Reinsurers, Brokers, etc.
• Draft and review Addendum to agreements in accordance with the commercial terms agreed by the parties.
• Prepare forms required by Reinsurer for every new deal
• Coordinate with Reinsurer for legal due diligence confirmation
• Review signed agreements for circulation to the relevant stakeholders
• Administer and maintain records of legal documents.
• Conduct ad-hoc simple legal research where required

• Diploma in Law, Legal Studies or related field
• Knowledge of contract administration

Job Summary

To provide corporate secretarial support to a portfolio of companies within the Hong Leong Group, Singapore (which may include at least one listed company entity) to ensure compliance with the applicable legislative/regulatory/listing requirements and maintenance of standards of corporate governance based on adopted best practices, such that the departmental objective of delivering corporate secretarial services with professionalism and efficiency is met.

Responsibilities

· Handle corporate secretarial work of a group of companies, both listed and unlisted

· Organise board and shareholders' meetings

· Prepare board papers

· Record minutes of meetings

· Draft resolutions and announcements

· File statutory forms and release announcements to SGX-ST

Requirements

· ICSA candidates with at least three years of experience in corporate secretarial work

· Experience in handling listed companies

· Proficiency in DocuSign, Board.Vision portal, ViewPoint, MS Word and Excel

· Familiar with corporate secretarial procedures

· Resourceful and able to handle varying work assignments

· Able to work independently and under time pressure

· Corporate secretarial experience in supporting China’s operation is a plus

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
