- Manage the operations of the Experience ITE Centre - a centre set up to promote the ITE brand of education to secondary school students

- Promote and market ITE courses to secondary school students, through outreach efforts and programmes

- Plan, manage and support projects related to events for outreach to students, teachers and parents through career fairs, talks, workshops and learning journeys

- Manage student leaders in relation to the promotion of the College

- Aid in the College’s social media engagement efforts

- Assist with other CRR-related functions including branding and promotion campaigns as well as coordination efforts with regards to the hosting of international visitors.

• Oversee incoming vendor invoices and process for payments in accordance with schedule (data entry required on internal system).
• Submission of invoices to Accounts department with supporting documentation and payment approvals as per Approval Matrix.
• Track and manage vendor statement of accounts.
• Raising claims to owners.
• Assist on Adhoc urgent payments.
• Adhoc duties (Arrangement of DHL mails).
• Back-up during absence of teammates.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in related studies.
• Entry level are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
• 1 - 2 years' experience in Logistics / Shipping Industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• This involves recording financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and payments, into the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• This includes processing invoices, making payments to suppliers, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on overdue payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Handle reconciliation of bank statements with the company's accounting records to ensure that all transactions are accounted for accurately.
• Any discrepancies or issues are investigated and resolved.

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to handle patient-facing duties as well as general clinic management and administrative tasks. When our patients walk into our clinic, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face, and a helping hand. We are looking for a friendly, warm and organized individual to be a strong member of the team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Key components of your role will be to:

• Greet patients with a smile as soon as they arrive and help them through their treatment journey at the clinic
• Answer the phone in a timely manner, with a smile and efficiently manage bookings and queries.
• Respond and follow up with email enquiries from patients professionally
• Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems
• Handle billing and payments accurately
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
• Provide the Clinical Director with strong administrative support
• Optional - sales and marketing activities which will be tied to performance bonus.

Skills and competencies required for this role:
