The BA Analyst is the primary contact in REC IT for SAP S/4HANA functional areas and its related integrations. This person is responsible to provide solutions for business needs & support day-to-day operations. How You Will Achieve It

• Actively support the design and implement process control systems (PCS) and Digital solutions, to control and optimize Active Pharmaceutical Ingradient (API) manufacturing operations
• Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time on agreed targets, develop plans for own projects and leads small project teams.
• Monitor, generate and complete the periodic review, validation master plan for the automation engineering program.
• Demonstrate good planning, organizing, time management and team participation skills.
• Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance work, ensure all the equipment and facilities work safely, efficiently and reliably.
• Generate and develop standard operating procedures and system support.
• Analyze operational process problems and recommend appropriate corrective and preventative actions.
• Manage change control authoring and execution.
• Participate in Process Centric Teams (PCT) in supporting the development of production recipes and devising automation solutions that improve productivity, business operations and safety/quality standards.
• Participate in the site and network wide teams to provide alignment and direction across various automation initiatives.
• Knowledge and of Automation systems integration to Pfizer Digital Manufacturing M4.0 applications / systems used for manufacturing.
• Provide 24x7x365 support of our automation systems and perform automation activities for capital and non-capital projects.
• Modify moderately complex to highly complex control logic that requires a degree of scientific and/or manufacturing process expertise.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and serve as a technical trainer, whenever necessary.
• Clearly communicate progress and issues to peers.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Automation Engineering
• Experience with writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design documents
• Experience on Automation Compliance projects
• Familiar with process controls equipment
• Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards
• Teamwork spirit, good communication skills and training abilities
• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills {written and oral}

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree
• Relevant pharmaceutical experience
• Understanding of programming, and proficiency in at least one language

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible with all daily accounts receivable transactions up to monthly reports & costing related functions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting

- Ensure all invoices are accurately input into SAP, and are supported by the relevant approved documents

- Liaise with customer on any AR invoice discrepancies and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

- Prepare timely monthly AR Aging report to Corporate Finance with explanations on outstanding AR balances

- Prepare weekly AR report & sales report to management review

- Execute OMIS system (In-house costing system), provide related report monthly

- Perform cost roll in SAP on monthly basis

- Half-yearly stock-take preparation and arrangement.

- Support external audits when required

- Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations & administration of Educational Centre
• Manage student enrollments (enquiries, assessments, registration) and exams
• Maintain and update student database
• Collect tuition fees and monitoring student enrolment

• Establish excellent rapport with parents and children
• Assist to organise events, concerts and open houses

Requirements
