Job Description

• Assisting the establishment and further development of processes and IT structures and applications.
• Assessment and analysis of the SEC’s accounting/controlling process and modification in alignment with the legal requirements of Switzerland and Singapore.
• Establishment of the role "Information Security Officer (ISO)" upon successful completion of preliminary clarifications with the important stakeholders and derive the requirements for the "ISO" role in accordance with the specifications required by SEC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct competitive analysis, product assessments, and procedures.
• Take a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met.
• Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
• Drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition and retention.
• Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing operations, focusing on driving key performance indicators and customer retention.
• Contribute to strategic and financial planning and goal setting.
• Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service provider.
• Deliver an outstanding sales process and sales support to clients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and business development
• Solid background in direct response/acquisition marketing
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Is self-motivated & delivers on promises.
