· We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Product and Platform Management team, an integral part of the Group Advisory and Managed Investments team (Wealth Management) within Standard Chartered Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

· Support and assist the team in all projects related to Managed Investments.

· Standard Chartered Funds VCC is the first SC branded fund vehicle domiciled in Singapore that will be used to host underlying sub-funds that will be distributed exclusively for SC clients (AI/PI equivalent).

· Responsible for the fund operational workflow between investment manager and fund custodian, transfer agent / fund administrator.

· Monitor and manage all service provider relationships relating to Standard Chartered Funds VCC, including internal governance requirements.

Alternatives Funds Onboarding

· Support and assist the team in the onboarding of Alternatives funds, including fund setup, operational queries and general administrative matters pertaining to Alternatives funds.

Sales Data Management

· Assist in the collation of all Managed Investments sales, revenue and AUM data collation and dissemination.

· Ensure timely publication of performance/sales trends data of the Managed Investments business to internal/external stakeholders.

· Work closely with key fund partners to manage the sales data required for business meetings as well as for senior stakeholders.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Overview

The role of the Data Center Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. We are seeking a Program Manager with the ability to self-direct and who has a strong background in Data Center Construction with an emphasis on passive telecom infrastructure/construction management.

The DC ITIM is responsible for the program management of all integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities associated with MSFT owned system and/or services and critical infrastructure that is required to be installed into new data center builds or lease facilities to deliver capacity to the business across Southeast Asia. The role requires the identification and management of scopes and interdependencies between all external and internal stakeholders and coordinating same with the physical construction build and general contractor. Qualifications

Required:

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Audit and Compliance:

• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Consolidation Leadership:

• Oversee the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data across the region.
• Collaborate with finance teams in different entities to streamline consolidation procedures.

Team Leadership:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Required experience in Group Consolidation of Accounts, Analysis of Financial results
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the distribution industry.
• ERP Implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in ERP system ie Navision/Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in compliance functions such as designing and performing compliance monitoring /surveillance and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Interpret and analyze new or revised regulatory requirements, and providing advisory support to business units and the management to ensure they adopt adequate measures to manage/mitigate compliance risks.
• Timely escalation of adverse or significant compliance/regulatory issues to management
• Design compliance training materials/regular training to business units to ensure they remain abreast of latest regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification
• Possesses 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal or External Audit
• Good understanding of the regulatory framework for securities business, including but not limited to Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, SGX-ST Rules and AML/CFT financial crime-related regulatory requirements.
• Experience of interacting with the local regulators, auditors, authorities/associations
• Strong ability in assessing the appropriateness of the FI's compliance procedures and guidelines and evaluating compliance with requirements.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills due to significant interaction with both senior and experienced colleagues across the organization.
• Independent worker with strong analytical skills, high level of integrity, drive and sense of urgency.

Head, Data Engineering and ArtificiaI Intelligence (AI) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUSmed) is entrusted with a multifaceted role that involves shaping a long-term vision for harnessing the power of data across the 10 Translational Research Programs (TRPs) under the guidance of the Vice-Dean (Research). These programs encompass critical initiatives such as Assoc. Prof Jason Lee's Heat Resilience and Performance Centre, Prof Michael Chee's Centre for Sleep and Cognition, as well as numerous associated clinical trials.

A core aspect of this role revolves around the strategic architecture and leadership required to establish a robust Common Data Infrastructure for research cohorts. This infrastructure aims to achieve significant cost savings by streamlining data management processes, enforcing rigorous data governance and privacy compliance, and optimizing research efficiency throughout NUSmed. Moreover, this role is at the forefront of championing the adoption of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities in the realms of healthcare and biomedical research. Notably, it places a strong emphasis on the application of core frontier technologies like Explainable AI (XAI) and Privacy Preserving Technology (PPTech) to drive rapid adoption in clinical settings, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the healthcare sector and extending its positive impact beyond. Furthermore, the Head actively fosters collaborative relationships with industry leaders, research institutions, healthcare clusters, and government bodies. These collaborations are instrumental in advancing interdisciplinary research, particularly in areas such as digital health and AI, where innovation and transformative breakthroughs are imperative. The Head is dedicated to the establishment of transformative training programs on incorporating computational methods to the medical fraternity. Responsibilities include:
• Architect and lead the building of Common Data Infrastructure across research cohorts in NUSMed for computational efficiency, cost savings, data governance and setting the foundation for future exploitation (i.e. AI/ML capabilities)
• Establish cutting edge MLOps and LLMOps process flows to enable AI and ML to be applied at scale
• Lead programs to leverage on frontier technology to overcome obstacles in adoption of AI and ML in healthcare such as Explainable AI (XAI) and Privacy Preserving Technologies (PPTech)
• Lead and nurture engagement with important stakeholders in industry, research institutions, healthcare clusters and government
• Establish programs to advance interdisciplinary work between computational engineers with clinicians, as well as training programs on computational methods

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering or Applied Mathematics
• Certifications in cloud technology (e.g. AWS) and scrum methodology (e.g. CSM)
• Demonstrated leadership with a strategic vision for advancing data-driven initiatives and AI adoption in healthcare
• Expertise in data engineering, AI, ML and healthcare systems

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts including management of financial records, general ledger maintenance, AP and AR.
• Prepare and analyse accurate monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct credit assessments and evaluations for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with credit policies and risk management guidelines.
• Actively monitor and manage overdue accounts, implementing effective credit control strategies to minimize risk and maintain client relationships.
• Be involved in Debt Recovery for overdue client accounts and liaising with internal departments to resolve outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements, preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
• Responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice
• General management of the team in terms of monitoring and access eligibility of disbursement and internal claims.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder, those with CPA certification would be treated as priority.
• Experience in budget planning and final account management
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax requirements, and credit policies.
