Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of Sales & Management team to develop and execute sales plans and strategies to win new customers and expand share of wallet in target markets.
Build sales pipelines & budgets, track performance against targets, and undertake sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets through profitable growth.
Identify key decision makers and influencers of target customer accounts; develop new business relationships and foster existing ones.
Use consultative selling skills to develop proposals that meet customers’ needs based on Greenpac's range of products and services, including Total Packaging Solutions, logistics and sustainable packaging.
Analyze project financials and viability (revenue, margins, profitability, contracts) and prepare business case (pricing and costs) for approval by Management.
Work with Customer Service, Procurement, Production and Operations teams to ensure solutions, products, and services as sold to customers are executed and delivered impeccably.
Proactively manage all customer relationships and resolve issues expediently.
Organise regular business reviews and initiate activities to maintain good relationships with key customers.
Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence; stay in touch with industry trends and developments and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports and updated forecasts for Management review.
Requirements:
A Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales, business development, consultancy, solution design or commercial roles.
Preferably with background in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Strong business development, selling, communications and people management skills.
Demonstrated business acumen, resourcefulness, and ability to solve problems.
