1. Lab Management

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• ·Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Oversee and manage contract progress claim, certifications, variation and final accounts.
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims with client/consultants and subcontractors
• Identify contractual risks/issues/potential dispute proactively and propose sound solutions to management to mitigate such risk/issues.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
