Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in a designated region, negotiating regional agreements, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. The role involves a combination of strategic planning, team leadership, and financial management.
Role and responsibility
Activities et missions
1. Negotiate Regional Agreements:
· Collaborate with national key accounts to negotiate regional agreements that align with organizational goals.
2. Market Analysis:
· Conduct thorough market analysis in the region, utilizing specific studies to understand competition dynamics and sales trends.
3. Budget Management:
· Develop, propose, monitor, and control the budget for the assigned region.
4. Objective Allocation and Monitoring:
· Allocate sales objectives to subordinates and closely monitor their progress towards achievement.
5. Team Leadership:
· Train, manage, and provide guidance to colleagues within the region, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
6. Customer Portfolio Development:
· Actively work on developing and expanding the customer portfolio in the region.
7. Sales Budget Oversight:
· Monitor and ensure compliance with the sales budget, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Ideal Personal Characteristics
Profile
· Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of similar experience in the field of renewable energy.
· Minimum 10 years of customer relations experience.
· English proficiency. (Fluency in French is a plus but not a requirement).
Personal Characteristics
· Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on regional or territory-based responsibilities.
· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
· Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial analysis.
· Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
