Job Description

This is a client facing role within the Japanese Client Services team demonstrating our value proposition to Head offiice and Japanese clients in Asia in developing comprehensive risk transfer solutions in Property, Construction and Engineering business.

The role and responsibilities are as follows:

o Develop strong customer service ethos being the client’s first and main touchpoint.

o Interact with clients to acquire a good understanding of their business and issues applicable to their industry sector.

o Ensure collection of underwriting information on new accounts and renewals, assist with claims and any other issues.

o Strategize and liaise with Facultative Placement Team to deliver effective insurance solutions to suit client requirements.

Education and Experience
