Established in 2019, the Fresher group has amassed strong traction within each of its brand's market and high client stickiness across our 3 brands: Fresher Performance Meals, Fresher Dinners, Fresher Catering & Events.

We are expanding our team and are looking for ambitious, bold individuals with an eye for detail to join us. As our resident Social Media and Design Executive, you’ll be partaking in the launch of our 3rd brand and seeing it from concept to launch. In addition, you’ll be thoroughly involved in this year’s Christmas catering - a highly anticipated, but thrilling and rewarding season.

Job Description

• Generate content across socials in line with brand goals
• Manage the company’s socials (tiktok and instagram)
• Conduct and edit videos and photography based on the content calendar
• Design and edit marketing materials (social media posts, images, mailers etc.)
• Update the website with edited images and menu accordingly

Requirements

• A good eye for design
• Video editing software (Capcut / DaVinci etc.)
• Photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva)
• Knowledge of food is good to have
• An attitude of learning new things, and ability to multitask and time manage
• A creative eye for the social world
• Openness to work during weekends for shoot, during the high key season prior to launch day

Work Location: In person

• Analyze, design and develop Microservices applications using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps.
• Build applications in modern cloud architecture design.
• Ensure coded systems meet business requirements.
• Define and implement test cases and metrics.
• Ensure the production of high quality software design and applications.
• Collaborate and work closely with other team members and stakeholders.
• Identify cause, impact and develop resolution plans for any production issues.
• Regularly communicate with all key stakeholders and provide updates on status

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Strong development and architectural skills in Java and Restful API.
• Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in development.
• Good experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.
• In depth knowledge of OO Design patterns and demonstrable experience implementing well-architected designs.
• Familiar and experienced with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
• Have technical and sound knowledge in OpenShift / AWS managed services / Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architectural principles and frameworks.
• Experience in DevOps would be a plus.
• Familiar developing software in an Agile development environment.
• Strong communication and written skills.
