Supervision of construction:

- Ensure that all waterproofing work is carried out in accordance with the design specifications and quality standards.

- Technical guidance: Provide waterproofing technical guidance to the construction team and solve technical problems arising on site.

- Quality inspection: Regularly check the waterproofing materials and construction quality to ensure that there are no leakage problems.

- Coordination and communication: Communicate with project managers, designers and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth progress of waterproofing work.

- Records and reports: Record construction progress and quality, write reports regularly, and report work progress and problems.

- This position requires a deep understanding of waterproofing materials and construction methods, as well as good communication and coordination skills.

Job Description:

• Set up a big data biobank
• Collect, clean and ensure quality control of the data
• Provide ongoing maintenance of the big data biobank
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security across the database
• Develop backup recovery plans
• Communicate effectively with project teams to align on project scopes, expectations, progress timeline, and resource management
• Coordinate with external vendors to source for hardware (including storage) and licensing software

Job Description

• Manage logistics for the department
• Draft email correspondences for activities and events to communicate with with internal stakeholders
• Management of the databases
• Communicate specific scheme processes
• Propose and source for vendor, event locations for suitable items as corporate gifts, marketing collaterals or sponsorship items
• Communicate with vendors for scheduling appointments/enquiries, procurement and deliveries of items
• Maintain the database of all physical corporate giveaways
• Perform general marketing activities including putting up electronic direct mail (EDM) using design software

Requirements

• Degree holders with 2-3 years relevant admin, with some digital marketing and/or events experience preferred. Diploma holders with relevant experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with Sitefinity CMS, WordPress preferred.
• General working knowledge: Mailchimp, Brevo, Adobe Suite, Canva etc preferred.
• The shortlisted candidate must be prepared/willing to support beyond working hours/weekends
• This role would will start at 5-months contract and renewable after Mar 2025

Assist to manage facilities and building related matters in the compound:
· Conduct regular checks on facilities
· Repair and rectify defects in building, follow up to ensure that the repairs are properly done
· Ensure cleaning services are carried out by term contractors
· Ensure CCTV system are well maintained
· Manage the building landscape
· Assist in events logistic setup
· Follow-up on card readers defects
· Assist in shifting of furniture and office equipment as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in the area of building or facilities management, or mechanical / civil engineering.
• Candidates would be required to move furniture and handle heavy audio and visual equipment.
