Additional Details

• Working Location: Downtown East, Pasir Ris
• Working Hours: 10am - 9pm (3-hour break between 2-5pm)
• 1 Rest Day on weekday (weekends off occasionally)

Job Description

What does the job involve?

You will manage various projects in collaboration with many internal interfaces (IT / Production / Maintenance, etc.) and coordinate our IT providers on, for example, the industrialization and / or capacity increase of our production lines, the overhaul of our technical components, the alignment between our production lines (Bernin / Singapore), etc.

In our current roadmap, your main project will be to move from a semi-automated production line to a fully automated line involving advanced scheduling / dispatching, predictive sampling, efficiency improvement with a strong alignment with our team in France.

Requirements:

• You have a strong knowledge of the manufacturing in the semiconductor industry, especially for the SOI production.
• You know very well the SECS standards (automation / FDC / RMS), semiconductor MES (at least Promis or Siview).
• You have a significant experience in project management.

• You are proficient in recent programming languages (.Net, Angular), not intimidated by older languages (VB6, SQL), and have a good understanding of IT architecture and Cloud capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments in the Nursing Home, including Nursing, Operations. This role ensures that departmental functions are aligned, organized, and efficiently managed.

• Provide administrative support across various departments, including Nursing, Operations
• Facilitate staff and resident onboarding processes in collaboration with Nursing, Operations and HR departments
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes
• Monitor the schedule of contracts and activate the renewal process when due, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure compliance
• Collect data from Nursing, Operations department and verify invoices for the issue of payments
• Assist in the improvement of nursing education and learning materials, including clinical operation resources
• Prepare training logistics, book training rooms, and support online courses
• Coordinate training nominations and administration with external nursing home and other third-party organisation
