Accounts Executive - AR

Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm Sales Orders in Booking System
• Generate Sales invoices, credit notes in SAP system
• Maintain Accounts Receivable sub-module in SAP system (i.e. post receipts, send invoices and monthly statement of accounts to customers, follow up on outstanding debts)
• Update revenue file maintained in Excel.
• Prepare monthly schedules for month end closing purposes

• Degree / Diploma in accounting
• Overall at least 3 years relevant working experience in Finance

Project and Site Management

• Involved in project inception, development, implementation and completion, with respect to managing people, money and time
• Co-ordinate all projects comprehensively with all stake holders (internal and external) and be responsible for all work performance

• Meeting clients to understand client needs and crafting the design brief, learn client relationship management (pain points and delight).

• Once the design is finalized, prepare a Bill of Quantity for Client’s approval for landscape implementation.
