11. Accurately manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of files after shipment completion.

12. Basic admin duties such as calculating costing and payment follow-up requirements.

13. Ensuring all shipment goods are received timely and correctly of inventory database.

14. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with shipping, such as delays, damages report for carrier company and discrepancy of goods in container.

15. Ensure the shipments compliance with company policies and industry standards. Including customs compliance for international shipments.

Logistics Management:

1. Counter check for the daily truck AM & PM slots truck checklist appointed by Stefan Lim.

2. Handling logistics administration such as processing delivery order, printing, despatch and returned DOs with acknowledgement etc.

3. Assist warehouse activity such as packing and classification for self-collection.

4. Data entry such as subset in/out record / service job.

5. Manage mini-chat (WhatsApp) customer for delivery confirmation and attend customer enquiries.

6. Assist warehouse team count stock before and during annual stock take.

7. In charge of Ecommerce Order such as preparation and ensure the accuracy of Waybills match with DO and follow up pending goods with salesman.

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely responses to their queries
• Understand customer's requirements, provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues
• Responsible for hunting new customers and growth areas
• A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player
• You will be given a monthly sales target. This target will be revised as and when the Company deems fit.
• Collate and submit sales reports and analysis
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Sales role. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is an added advantage
• Possess Class 3 driving license and own a car are preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers)
• GCE A Level, Diploma, and/or above in Sales or any other discipline relevant to the marine industry
• Proficient in IT Skills e.g. MS Office
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred
• Able to start work immediately.

Basic Salary: S$2600 to S$4500 + Allowance

Digital Marketing Executive

Salary : $3,200 - $3,800

Working hour : Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Location : Bukit Batok

Job description:

* Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to achieve monthly targets and increase brand visibility.
* Develop, manage, and report on multi-channel digital marketing initiatives, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
* Produce and manage engaging digital content (blogs, videos, graphics) to support both organic and paid marketing efforts.
* Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
* Implement social media strategies to drive engagement, follower growth, and lead generation, while tracking performance through analytics tools.

Requirements:

* A Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and digital performance metrics.
* Creative skills in designing digital content (videos, graphics) and optimizing online user journeys.
* Experience with website management and conversion rate optimization techniques.
