• Preparation and reconciliation of statement of accounts from vendors Generate and send statements to customers.
• Update daily cash report includes matching & posting of customers' payments.
• Any other duties that may be assigned in the course of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1-2 years of experience
• Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking associate

Job Scope

• Plan and inspect based on self-proposed monthly inspection schedule
• Identify and address lapses in site conditions, safety system, documentations
• Issue, follow-up and close Stop-Work-Order
• Investigate incidents
• Ensure contractor’s incident report is factual and submitted accordingly to authorities requirements
• Response, manage and resolve issues which arises from internal and external stakeholders of the projects
• Participate and value add in relevant meetings and discussions of the project
• Guide and advise main contractor on Safety requirements
• Carry out assignment with external vendors on safety improvements trials when required
• Upload of documents (e.g. inspection reports, incident investigation report), photos into a designated system at the required
• Update of information into spreadsheets at the required
• Prepare monthly report on project safety performance

Overall Job Purpose:

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of suppliers’ invoice and payment, billing to

customers and record-keeping of fixed assets for Cove/SLM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform suppliers’ invoice entry

• Perform expense coding

• Prepare payment documents

• Ensure sufficient funds for payments

• Perform billing to customers

• Ensure timely recording of purchased assets

• Ensure proper capitalisation of Work-in-progress (WIP) upon completion

• Perform asset verification/tagging

• Liaise with suppliers, customers and business department on matters relating to

Accounts Payable (AP) such as payment issues and payment status, billings and

proper documentation for purchase of assets

• Ensure that Financial Instructions Manual, Accounting Standards, Financial policies and

all relevant statutory requirements and procedures for financial matters are adhered to

• Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement within financial processes and

participate in relevant IT system development or enhancements

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required)

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with 1-2 years of general accounting experience

• Sense of initiative and responsibility with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical and meticulous, a team player

• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

• Familiar with ERP accounting system or other financial systems

• Proficient with MS Office especially Excel

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT Governance Team ensuring all processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
• Liaise with Application Support team to troubleshoot the incidents to analyse the root cause.
• Attend daily incident meeting to be aware of on-going Production incidents.
• Stay alerted for any incidents and prepare report for submission to regulatory.
• Provide Trend Analysis of the incidents flagged by the business units on monthly basis.
• Provide weekly gaming incidents report for submission to regulatory authority.
• Raise any lapses and also report to the senior management the list of incidents.
• Identify the areas of opportunities and issue recommendations to the appropriate audience.
• Monitoring and reporting on audit progress in the management meetings.
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Application Support.
• Hands on experience in governance and internal controls.
• Experience in troubleshooting of IT applications and IT Service Management.
• Deep understanding of the IT Applications’ issues and Service Level Agreements.
• Should have vendor management experience.
• Ability to work well with key business partners and internal Audit and IT teams in a collaborative manner.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

• Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance to the Building Control Act as the Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO) on record for the supervision of the works
• Work with the Resident Engineer and his representatives and be responsible for enforcing specification and code
• Assist RE to review and approve design calculations and drawings at site
• Proactive in providing periodic site progress update
• Maintain and control site records as per required
• Ensure appropriate and consistent documentation of inspection and test, to be in conformance with regulations set forth by BCA
• Arrange and witness Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Test
• Conducts inspections and certify value of work completed for RE’s recommendation for Contractor’s progress payment to be made
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical /Electronic/Instrumentation and Control Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in site supervision works, preferably in Odour/Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Project
• IT literate and possess good record-keeping skills
• Self-starter, diligent and ability to work in a team
