Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for IT-related issues and requests. This includes hardware maintenance, software application, hardware upgrades, and system installation.
• Manage/participate in new setup or upgrade of systems and monitor system utilisation.
• Perform troubleshooting or provide alternatives to resolve cases that are raised across various centres.
• Assist with IT projects from conceptualisation, planning, execution to completion.
• Ensure the deadlines of IT deliverables are met with desired quality, and communicated to various departments.
• Maintain records of IT hardware, software, inventory, service and IT related contracts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulations.
• Perform problem management and troubleshooting of network operating issues, desktop applications, hardware cause identification and resolution.
• Perform any other special projects as assigned.
• Assist with other scopes under the internal operations department.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Able to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, organise time well, and work with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google App Script, HTML/CSS, Apple systems and devices, and ECOS would be favourable.
• Technically savvy and/or fast learner of technology.
• Comfortable using the Mac platform.
• Possess excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and ensure that works meet requirements, and expected timelines.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus as the work would involve collaboration with technical teams based in China

Work Hours and Location:

• 5 days work week: includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (which can be a Sat or Sun depending on roster)
• Shifts: Weekdays: 12.30pm - 9.30pm , Weekends: 8.30am - 6.30pm
• Work Location: TWC HQ, Guthrie House, Bukit Timah. (Candidate may be required to travel to various TWC centres)
