What You Will Be Doing

The shortlisted candidate will report to the Manager and provide administrative and outreach support to the department.

A. Marketing and Outreach

• Represent SUSS to promote the university and programme offerings in both local and overseas outreach activities.
• Assist Outreach Team Lead on allocation of team resources for outreach activities.
• Assist Outreach Team Lead on liaison matters with internal and external stakeholders for outreach activities.
• Prepare marketing collaterals and procure premiums for all outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate and relevant statistics for outreach activities.
• Undertake programme counselling - manage enquiries via phone, emails and manage applicants or leads’ enquiries via CRM system.

B. Admissions and Selection

• Assist Manager in admissions-related work, which includes applications and admission processing of full-time undergraduate programmes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of selections interviews for admissions, and other admissions-related activities.
• Communicate matriculation information and details to enrolled students.

C. Others

• Participate and assist in University-wide activities as specified in the respective action plans and/or duty rosters, e.g., examination invigilation, orientation, convocation, etc.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc projects, tasks and duties as necessary and/or assigned.

• Degree Holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing and administrative, and customer service/administration

Main:

• Invoice and Document Management: Consolidate and organize all invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), utility bills, rental bills, and other relevant documents. The Role

The position will be part of Group Treasury department supporting bank admin and treasury operations from Singapore HQ.

Job Responsibilities

The job scope will be supporting daily treasury operations and settlement, including the following:

• Bank account opening/ closing and maintenance of bank account details in SAP system.
• Engage and manage both external (banks) and internal stakeholders (internal departments).
• Process changes to bank mandates/ internet banking, call-back and standard settlement instructions.
• Support treasury executives and managers in preparing bank audit confirmations.
• Input of treasury transactions (interco-loans, bank loans, deposits, FX) in treasury system.
• Process and monitor treasury transactions.
• Processing of invoices.

Job Requirements

• At least GCE A Levels or Diploma from a local recognised Polytechnic.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
• Prior experience in finance/treasury will have added advantage.
• Other key attributes include being meticulous and a team player.
• Candidates who have prior experiences in bank treasury operations or worked in banks will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and maintain company's EHS processes to promote a safe workplace.
• Review, implement and maintain EHS management system.
• Conduct ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal audits.
• Plan and organize EHS related activities or events to promote and educate staff on good safety culture and good work practices.
• Review and identify EHS related training requirements for various category of staff to meet the mandatory requirement and also to meet the job requirement.
• Develop in house training material/video, organise, and conduct in house training and maintain training record.
• Prepare or review publication materials to educate the workforce.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Ergonomics, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry or other topics relevant to Occupational Safety and Health.
• Experience working in corporate EHS department will be an advantage
• Able to organize and carry out EHS-related trainings.
• Able to establish and maintain a system of records and quality related documentation.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a high level of initiative and integrity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and empathetic support to callers and clients
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries
• Document client interactions accurately and comprehensively
• Offer referrals to appropriate internal and external services
• Mentor and support helpline volunteer management
• Contribute to the development and improvement of helpline services and processes
• Participate in team meetings and projects

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a social service role
• Experience in providing emotional and practical support to individuals in crisis
• Experience in case management and documentation
• Experience in training and mentoring volunteers (preferred)

Skills
