We are looking for a committed and self-driven individual to join our HR Department for the following duties:

• Assist in the recruitment process for hiring new employees, including answering applicants’ calls; performing daily checks of the recruitment email account and screening through applicants’ resumes; scheduling and conducting interviews; following-up with shortlisted candidates.
• Assist in the preparation of contract and job description for newly hired employees.
• Arrange for all newly hired employees to undergo their medical assessment, including Covid-19 swab test and chest x-ray. Liaise for transport
• Facilitate the orientation for newly hired employees and explain all rules and regulations to them.
• Liaise with relevant Head of Departments / Coordinators on the date of commencement for newly hired employees.
• Coordinate with IT department for the encoding of newly hired employees thumbprint id and access card preparation.
• Issue uniform and staff ID / access cards / locker key (if required) to all newly hired employees.
• Collect payment for staff ID / access cards and locker keys. Submit the payment to Finance Department at the end of every month.
• Prepare P-File for newly joined employees, including the labelling of file; checking and maintaining of all on-boarding forms and staff personal documents.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
• Compile and update employees’ records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, resignations and end of contract).
• Prepare testimonial, acceptance of resignation letter, last salary computation and conduct exit interview and clearance for resigned / terminated / end of contract employees.
• Assist in the coordination of HR special projects (eg: Company events).
• Any other hr-related ad-hoc duties.

Applicant should minimally hold a recognised Polytechnic Diploma and have a strong command in English.

Fresh graduates with minimal experience are welcomed to apply.

Deployment:

• Mon to Fri: 7.00Am to 4.30 PM
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sudays and gazatted Public holidays.

Scope of Service:

Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:

• To handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
• To collate of returns from students (e.g. medical records form, dismissal slips)
• To render first aid to students
• To administer lost and found articles
• To manage and maintain the loan book
• To assist with general admin work like handling mails, faxing, monitoring pupils/teachers’ returns, receiving goods, photocopy assignments and certificate printing etc
• To administer bus booking
• To manage car decals for students’ parents
• To consolidate data and surveys
• To assist AMs in data entry and record keeping
• To disseminate information via Teachers’ Document Collection File
• Any other duties assigned by Admin Managers or School Leaders.

Requirement:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least a GCE O-level certification or equivalent.
• Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Meticulous and organised.
• Communicates well in English and has good interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with experience in administrative and customer services.

Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive System Engineering Design to meet project specifications and requirements.
• Develop and generate detailed Test Procedures and Test Reports to ensure system functionality and compliance.
• Set up and maintain a fully functional Test Lab to support system testing and validation activities.
• Conduct thorough in-house System Integration Tests to verify the seamless operation of integrated system components.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Computer Literate e.g. MS office, JavaScript, HTML, Python

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e Recruitment, Payroll, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Exit Clearance, etc
• Assist in recruitment by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews & Manage employee onboarding/offboarding process
• Involved in monthly payroll cycle including calculating overtime & incentives
• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date

The Staff Manager, Compute OEM Sales will be responsible for managing all aspects of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for PC (Personal Computer) across multiple markets, particularly within the Asia Pacific region. This pivotal role demands hands-on experience in building the business from the ground up, engaging directly with PC OEM accounts, and fostering collaborative relationships with business partners, channels, and resellers.

Responsibilities

The Staff Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of effective sales strategies across the APAC region, focusing on driving growth. They will take a hands-on approach to directly managing and achieving sales targets with major OEM accounts, ensuring objectives are met through proactive engagement. Building strong, collaborative partnerships with channel partners and resellers will be crucial, fostering mutual growth and success. The role involves identifying and onboarding new value-added partners to expand market reach and revenue, providing direct support to facilitate their success. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate closely with product management on the launch of new products and pricing strategies, leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of sales programs in partnership with OEMs. From initial planning through to execution, they will work closely with partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and market needs, offering hands-on support to uphold high standards, resolve challenges, and enhance program efficacy. Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in achieving ambitious sales targets within the technology sector, particularly in components for PC and tablet OEMs. They should excel in working within a matrix organization, collaborating effectively across functions to drive initiatives forward and achieve collective goals. Execution excellence is paramount, with a proven ability to translate strategic plans into actionable tasks and deliver measurable results. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong go-to-market skills, adept at launching and positioning technically sophisticated products to meet market demands effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Extensive experience with at least 10 years experience in sales management focusing on PC OEMs and channel partners

- Proven success in executing GTM strategies and managing complex sales cycles.

-Ability to work effectively within a lean team, demonstrating a hands-on approach and ensuring programs are seen through from planning to execution.
