Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilities and Equipment Repair, Preventive Maintenance and Calibration:

• Daily equipment check list, Daily Management (DM) meeting, and go Gemba.
• Respond promptly with a sense of urgency to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production. Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and optimise equipment operating parameters.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment per PM/CAL schedule and update records.
• Take initiative to drive continuous improvements and implement corrective action and preventive action to prevent recurrence of critical problems.

You will work in the Thin Film Coating Department and be responsible for equipment maintenance, installation, and sourcing.

These include high vacuum PVD systems and ultrasonic cleaning lines.

You will also provide engineering support for fast-moving manufacturing operations to maximize equipment efficiency and product yields, using FMEA & SPC techniques. You are expected to contribute innovative and practical solutions to the engineering environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for 24-hour equipment uptime & efficiency.
2. Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upgrading of equipment.
3. Sourcing, qualification & installation of new equipment.
4. Preventive maintenance (PM) program to ensure good equipment running condition, minimizing operational downtime & yield losses. These include support equipment such as gas delivery systems, acid-stripping benches, ultrasonic cleaning systems for tools, and sandblasting equipment.
5. Completion of assigned projects and tasks on time and within budget.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• NITEC or Technical certificate with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• For candidate with no working experience - Diploma or Degree.
• Must study subject related to electrical with Pass result.
• Must pass color vision test as you will be dealing with electrical wiring.
• Capable in the simple tool, jig, fixture, and facility design.
• Experience in High Vacuum and Thin-film coating is preferred.
• Knowledge of instrumentation control, Auto CAD & high vacuum technology, and robotic systems are a plus.
• Must commit to work 12-hour rotating shifts from timing 8 to 8 including weekends and public holidays.
• *Work environment: Clean aircon room with normal dust coat attire.
• *PPE: Required to wear a tight-fit respirator when necessary for safety reason
• *Will be exposed to low-level radiation. Safety protection measures will be in place.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Description:

• Handle all golf bookings for members including cancellation, no show, etc.
• Assist the golf events and tournament operations
• Register and collect fees from members for their guests
• Answer phone calls/inquires
• Set up registration for club and private golf events
• Manage club golf booking system including queue and balloting systems
• Prepare golf tee time sheets for outside service staff such as bag drop and starter/marshal
• Handle member/guest feedback and refer to supervisor if needed
• Communicate with golf team for operations requirements such lost and found, pace of play, lightning suspension, etc.
• Prepare daily billing and day end closing for members guests, golf buggies, advance bookings, member fines
• Help to prepare golf rounds and statistic reports
• Coordinate with finance, F&B, HK, Security, GCM when needed
• Handle members handicapping records and entering scoring cards
• To carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
