Job Summary
Manage, Coordinate, supervise and administer contract of the project assigned for Architect/Lead Consultant; maintain design authorship in the interest of the client and ensure compliance with relevant authorities from 2 month towards construction tender till end of defect liability period.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely and supervise the Resident Technical Office on behalf of the Lead Consultant (LC)/Architect Qualified Person with regards to architectural works and related coordination
· Ensure work is carried out in accordance to the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract and are in accordance with the Authority’s and/or Agencies requirements.
· Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples
· including the civil & structural and coordinated combined services model (CCSM) by the contractors and assist to review them on behalf of the LC and LC’s assistant to ensure compliance with the design intent and specifications.
· Raise Request for Variation Order or In-Principle Approval to Client immediately upon occurrence of change.
· Coordinate with Project Manager (PMgr) on daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.
· Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.
· Prepare and update the list of outstanding / non-compliance works for submission to the Architect / Management for discussion during site meetings on regular basis.
· Work closely with Entire Site team including the Resident Engineer (RE) on the site matters.
· Attend all coordination meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings and report to LC weekly.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor in Architecture with 3 years of relevant work experience
· Good knowledge of architectural practice, installation and maintenance procedures.
· Skillsets/Knowledge of ArchiCAD/Autocad/Revit/Sketchup/PhotoShop and Office software will be an advantage.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Able to communicate effectively in the written, oral and graphic form
· Good team player
· Able to multi-task and with good time management
