PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Manager / Senior Manager position will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the energy transition businesses within Sembcorp. You will be part of a team in developing solutions for both new and existing customers, with a focus on sustainability. Specifically, you will need to work closely with internal and external collaborators to: (i) identify potential novel technologies for generating low carbon energy (e.g. ammonia fired power and thermal power with carbon capture), (ii) identify attractive low carbon business opportunities across the carbon capture, utilisation, and storage value chain, and (iii) participate Government’s low carbon energy projects. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate commercial, financial, and environmental viability of opportunities.
• Develop selected opportunities from inception to final investment decision and financial close by collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
• Conduct financial analysis, including cost estimation, revenue forecasting, and simple investment modelling for projects.
• Formulate terms of reference and scope for partnerships and collaborations with technology developers, customers, and partners.

As supervisor the CO is responsible for the risk result and the risk quality of the credit portfolio within his/her responsibility. Job Objectives

Group Information Security (GIS) Programme Management Office(PMO) is part of SG CISO Office overseeing/managing programmes/projects across the various teams within GIS department.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance

· Independently lead planning and govern delivery of GIS projects from Project formulation and Budgeting Phase, Project initiation Phase, Implementation phase and Operationalization Phase.

Project Formulation and Budgeting

· Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyse, harmonize and document requirements

· Work with stakeholders to finalise business requirements documentation, craft RFP specifications, evaluation criteria

· Conduct RFP/RFI to identify products and services, perform GIS department project annual budgeting.

o Lead/Manage Request for Proposal process with vendors ensuring adherence to the Bank’s procurement standards and guidelines

o Lead/Manage RFP evaluation and seeking approval from PSC for final recommended product/vendor

o Participate in negotiation of contract and contract changes, coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract, Facilitate finalization of contract between vendor, business users, legal team and sourcing team.

· Work with business stakeholders to seek budget approval based on outcome of the RFP

Project Implementation

· Enforce high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency in all project activities, project documentation, logs, trackers and reporting materials

o Ensure project timeline is adhered

o Manage/Track project issues, risks to closure

o Escalate issues, risks to relevant stakeholders in advance ensuring effective mitigation plans and actions for successful and on time project completion

o Ensure completeness in services being delivered by the vendor

o Alignment of project governance with project delivery standards whenever applicable

· Anticipate project needs and make recommendations. Act as a central point of contact for business and technical issues and interfaces with interested parties across the Company to ensure programme/project success

· Plan and execute change management activities and communications required

· Implement and maintain processes for reporting progress from the various GIS teams to programme/project steering committees

· Prepare and deliver reporting materials for programme and project governance forums ensuring timeliness, accuracy and relevance of data.

· Track/budget project budget information, planned vs actual spend

· Ensure Project delivery methodology is adhered

· Conduct process assurance peer review on other GIS projects to ensure project delivery methodology is followed

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computing or related discipline to support job requirements.

• At least 8 years of experience in Programme/Project management under a Project Delivery/PMO function.

• Past experience in project management, business analysis in the area of Information and Cyber Security, overseeing implementation of Information and Cyber Security solutions, capabilities and service models/processes

• Self-driven, able to work independently with good multi-tasking skills to drive multiple projects concurrently

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

• Well versed with request for Tender/Request for Proposal/Quotation process and standards (e.g. RFQ specification, issuance of RFQ up to award of RFQ which includes contract negotiations and finalization).

• Strong client management and interaction experience

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills including conflict resolution skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, meticulous with attention to details

o Ability to identify and improve on work & process inefficiencies.

• Pro-efficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA

• Pro-efficient with SDLC, AGILE methodologies

• Pro-efficient in the following would be an advantage:

o MS SharePoint/HTML

o End to end implementation of either of the following

§ Database activity security monitoring solutions

§ Cloud Security related solutions

§ Network Security related solutions

§ Endpoint Security related solutions

§ Active Directory / Identity Management related solutions

§ Infrastructure e.g. Server Security relation solutions

The AP Corporate Communication team creates and delivers communication programs that drive Visa’s business growth and advance and protect the company’s reputation. This team takes ownership of the Company’s external comms profile including Asia Pacific’s President and senior leadership team, Products & Solutions, Innovation, Commercial & Money Movement, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Risk, Consulting and Analytics, Technology, and Strategy. We work across external, client and employee communication activities to promote Visa’s ongoing strategy to extend our payments network into new areas of opportunity and position ourselves as the partner of choice for banks, merchants, fintechs, technology companies and governments. In close partnership with the business functions, our team defines the company’s positions in the region on a wide range of industry topics and delivers corresponding thought leadership content.

What a Director, Business Communication does at Visa:

In this role, you will work with the AP leadership team and key functions across the business: Product, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Technology and support on Global sponsorships & marketing. You will conceptualize and deliver communication programs that drive business results for Visa’s critical growth pillars and how these support the growth of our clients’ businesses. You will oversee regional thought leadership communication including content for external, client and internal audiences. This includes comprehensive corporate storytelling collateral, media and social campaigns, and stakeholder education delivered via a mix of channels including events.

In this role, you will be the regional communication lead for a range of areas that are central to Visa’s growth and manage the communication needs of the relevant functional teams and oversee communication campaigns that reflect these areas’ increased importance to Visa’s long-term growth strategy.  You will play a key role in managing issues and supporting crisis communication across Asia Pacific.

It is vital for the applicant to demonstrate knowledge and capability in helping regional and local business and communication teams engage stakeholders and reinforce Visa’s vision for the future of commerce as it relates to our long-term commitment to uplift economies. In addition to delivering high-quality communication programs, you will act as a trusted advisor to Visa’s leadership team in some of the region’s most complex functions, helping them talk about their business objectives in a way that has a meaningful impact in the communities in which we operate. This team creates and leads many of the highest profile communication programs in the region. We oversee the Asia Pacific communication strategy to define and articulate Visa’s network evolution as it relates to innovation, trust and corporate citizenship. On a tactical level, you’ll support the delivery of regional strategic events and play a key role in developing thought leadership content for senior leaders.

You’ll also contribute to broader communication programs that the regional AP comms team is responsible for:

• Small business programs and expanding merchant acceptance
• Corporate storytelling to drive Visa’s critical growth pillars of value-added services and money movement
• Regional positions on innovations shaping the payments landscape, such as data privacy and cybersecurity
• Strategic initiatives
• Reputation challenges and opportunities associated with all of the above, including defining the value of Visa and issues/crisis management.

You will lead or work on communication programs that incorporate every aspect of the communications discipline, including public relations and social media (press announcements, key messaging, media interviews, bylines), client-facing communication (leading development of client-facing thought leadership collateral, supporting major client events as run by the Client Communication team) and employee communication (working closely with the Employee Communication team to promote functional priorities on internal channels and at the annual regional market kickoff meeting.)

Our company Cards Citadel is looking for a business develpopment manger to help grow businesses by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients and arranging appointments for sales opporunities. He will be reporting to the director with regards to all operation at the hobby card store.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Doing the stocktake

2. Organising the weekly tourament for the different cards games in store

3. Faciliating the sales and buying back of hobby cards

4. Liasoning with the supplier from overseas and local distrubutor on stock for each card games

5. Updating facebook of store's event dates

6. Taking pre-orders of products from customers

7. Organising event like card convention in singapore and overseas

8. Hosting major competition for different card games in singapore

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. In-depth of hobby cards, including various types of cards (e.g., trading cards, collectible cards), rarity, grading systems, and market values.

2. How to use e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and our own website gather the sale list and send out to customers via mail or shop collection

3. Organizing and managing events such as card shows, trade fairs, and promotional events to engage with the community and increase brand visibility.

4. Negotiating deals with suppliers, distributors, and partners to secure favorable terms and enhance business relationships.

5. Analyzing market trends, customer demographics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and marketing strategies specific to the hobby card market, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and traditional advertising.

6. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to manage revenue streams, control costs, and ensure profitability.
