Roles & Responsibilities

• Play a key role in supporting the operations of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, Hybris Marketing, and Hybris Cloud Integrator applications within the company.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to integrate technical and application elements in alignment with business needs.
• Address incident and problem tickets escalated from the Service Desk within agreed-upon service level agreements.

Job Description:

Responsible for the development and execution of Project Management Plan, including planning, budgeting, monitoring & controlling, till completion of assigned project.

The Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:

1. Service Level Performance.
2. Service Continuity and Availability.
3. Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management.

• Perform cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, including manpower and cost control for new and running projects.
