Job Description

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Location: City Hall MRT

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6:00pm)

Job Scopes:

· Manage all buildings and M&E preventive and routine maintenance works including building inspections of assigned building

· Manage outsourced Integrated Facility Management vendors for areas including security and cleaning, ensure they deliver high standard of performance and compliance to requirement specification

· Plan and work closely with various departments for any estates work in order to ensure a smooth building operation

· Track faults, breakdowns and outstanding issues and ensure timely completion.

· Conduct regular inspections of buildings to ensure vendors meet the specified contract requirements and co-ordinate various events/exhibitions in the museums.

· Assist in budgeting and monitoring of the utilisation of the approved budget

· Handle procurement works including tender and specs preparation, tender site showround, evaluation and award, contract management

· Assist to liaise with users to ensure their requirements are captured and included in the upgrading project

· Assist in any building revamp and major A&A works, attend meetings with the consultants, contractors and project teams

· Ensure all improvement works/projects are properly co-ordinated, supervised and carried out within the stipulated time frame and budget

· Track of key project milestones and changes to project requirements

· Keep proper records of project meeting minutes and variation orders

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma holders in real estate, facilities management or any relevant fields

· Working experience in facilities management or project management is a plus

Qualification & Experience:
