1. Invoice Management:Ensure all trade invoices are received, verified, and posted in the Accounts Payable (AP) system.
   Confirm submission and accuracy of invoices from Buying Admin Department and stores.
   
2. Reconciliation:Reconcile store takings and validate various payment settlements (cash, NETS, Visa/MasterCard, Amex, etc.) to the bank statement.
   Highlight discrepancies and unusual transactions to CFO/CEO.
   
3. Tax Compliance:Obtain proper tax invoices for GST-subject local expenses and address any discrepancies.
   
4. Approval and Documentation:Ensure non-trade invoices are approved by authorized managers before posting.
   Maintain accurate filing of all documentation (cloud or hard copy).
   
5. Petty Cash Management:Ensure complete documentation for store petty cash disbursements.
   Follow up on missing documentation with Store Managers.
   

Qualifications:

This role ensures accurate financial processing, compliance, and effective coordination with various departments to maintain financial integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Mans 24-hr emergency helpline on rotation basis
• Provides one-to-one first-level counselling service for distressed residents
• Organizes and conducts support groups for residents
• Liaises and follow-ups with Unit Leaders to render emotional help and support to residents
• Manages and documents all client profiles and casework
• Coordinates counselling referral program (i.e. second-level counselling support) with external specialized counselling centres / psychiatric hospitals
• Plans and conducts in-house mental & emotional development training / workshops to residents and staff
• Trains Unit Leaders on skills and techniques to identify and spot distressed residents
• Liaises and coordinates with VWO/NGO on external counselling training for residents and staff

• Plans, coordinates and executes all social and sporting events for Keppel Housing residents and staff
• Liaises with external parties / agencies (e.g. KRC, MOM, SPF) on event planning and execution

Requirements:

• Degree in any disciplines and/or Professional Diploma (Degree in Psychology/Social Work or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in MNCS
• Must have sound foundation in Counseling/Social Work
• Additional experience in Events Management is preferred
• Fluent in Bengali (to communicate with the residents) preferably
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Possess integrity, "Can Do" attitude with passion
• Able to formulate risk assessments in consultation with DH/other depts

Do you have what it takes?

• LLB or LLM Law degree from an established and reputable university preferred
• Solid general legal background, with a minimum 6-8 years of relevant commercial legal and privacy experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house.
• Transactional experience within the field of data privacy law and compliance, preferably working in the area of private consumer personal data.
• Experience with PDPA, PIPA, PIPL and other privacy (and biometrics) laws in APAC.
• Strong understanding of commercial laws and solid experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating and managing contracts.
• Strong collaboration across time zones and legal teams, as well as strong verbal and written skills in English.
• Desire to work as a business partner to the business with an aptitude to finding pragmatic solutions to challenges within the privacy, marketing and commercial field.
• Ability to understand and learn the core business ambitions and strategies, in order to be able to provide relevant data privacy guidance on a local, regional and global basis.
• Strong understanding of commercial laws and solid experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating and managing contracts.
