• To perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of clients including phone/email queries from clients
• Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures, manage, and administer the operational workflows and procedures required by the clients and company to ensure a consistently high level of efficiency

Roles and responsibilities

a. Read and reply to all emails promptly

b. Assist group companies to navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.

c. Research and resolve legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws,

argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.

d. Propose resolution and draft settlements terms in Company's best interest.

e. Draft, review, complete, and file legal paperwork related to litigation

f. Draft, review, complete all Terms and Conditions in all types of Contracts and

Agreements ranging from Sales, Employment, Business Agreements, Franchise

Agreements, Distributorships Agreements, Letters of Credit, etc.

g. Examine, review and report any potential legal issues on the existing Contracts,

Agreements to the Company’s Director.

h. Manage multiple cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines.

i. Any other duties as assigned.

Job duties:

• You will assist in supporting the day-to-day HR & Payroll operations

Analysis:

• Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day HR operational processes including but not limited to Contract Issuance/Renewal, Employee Confirmation, Termination and Exit Management, Payroll Management, Leave Management (Workday), Insurance Claims Management, Employment Pass Applications/Renewals, Employee Records Management, Employee On-Boarding Management, Performance Management Administration and Learning & Development Administration, Addressing Employee Queries on HR matters & etc.
• Assist in preparation of annual/monthly/ad-hoc HR & Payroll reports (e.g. bi-monthly payroll reports, CPF reports, IR8A reports, IR21 reports, headcount reports, turnover reports, etc)
• Maintain employee p-files and HR filing system.
• Liaise with government agencies on statutory matters including but not limited to Work Passes application/renewal/cancellation, Maternity & Childcare leave, CPF & tax matters, NS Payments, etc.

Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience handling 300 to 500 headcounts.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office especially Excel. Well verse in Vlookup, IF & SUMIF functions, pivot tables & charts.
• Proficient in using Infotech.
• Familar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation.
